This Privacy Policy explains how deltixpro ("we") gathers, uses and protects personal data across our site and platform. We serve as controller for these data.
Data we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents required by regulation. Also collected: execution and account history, device logs and support messages. EU/UK lawful bases: performing the contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Running your account, clearing trades, satisfying regulators, fighting fraud, and securing systems, and opt-in product emails with easy opt-out.
Sharing. Sharing is limited to operational providers (custody, payments, KYC), regulators upon lawful request, and anonymised analytics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for account activity plus statutory windows (commonly five to seven years for trades). Protection: AES-256 at rest plus TLS 1.3 in transit and ISO 27001-audited access controls.
Rights. Access, correction, export, deletion and objection rights can be exercised by emailing [email protected]. Responses follow the legally set windows.
