These Terms ( said Terms ) regulate access to this deltixpro website, apps and services the "Services") provided by deltixpro. Account creation implies full agreement these Terms in full.

2. Services. deltixpro runs an electronic trading platform for the markets listed on this platform. Nothing here is personal advice; every trading choice stays with you. Shown quotes and data is informational only and may lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading brings material loss risk and suits only those able to absorb it. Leverage can push losses beyond your initial margin. Trade only money whose loss you you could withstand.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear on the Fees page and constitute part of this agreement. Fees may change once fairly notified.
5. Conduct rules. Manipulation, abusing technical holes, infringement and unlawful use are banned outright. Laundering plus sanctions violations are included under this clause too.
6. Liability limits. Where law permits extent of law, deltixpro excludes indirect, special and consequential losses tied to the Services.
7. Changes. This agreement may be updated over time. Post-change use after changes means acceptance. Governing law is the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
